I led infrastructure development and configuration in Microsoft Azure, using ARM Templates and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), complemented by YAML for configurations. Utilizing Azure CI/CD, I automated administrative tasks with PowerShell, bash, and python scripts, alongside ARM templates. Kubernetes facilitated application deployment, ensuring robustness and scalability, with autoscaling policies in place. Managing Docker orchestration via Kubernetes, I oversaw containerization, scaling, load balancing, and helm chart management across multiple namespaces, maintaining Docker images for 18 microservices. Furthermore, I optimized distributed systems for large-scale data processing, addressing scalability challenges effectively.
In Addition, I automated Azure infrastructure tasks with CI/CD tools, optimizing microservices deployment in AKS and configuring disaster recovery plans for minimal downtime and data loss. Moreover, I significantly reduced costs by optimizing the usage of premium Event Hubs and databases, and engineered Azure DevOps pipelines for diverse workflows, expediting project transitions and reducing effort by 20%. I closely collaborated with support teams to ensure timely incident resolution via PagerDuty and system stability monitoring through Dynatrace.
